We are currently unable to save/process the claim because the system shows the error:

“Admission Date cannot be the same with Discharge Date in repetitive surgical procedure with 2 or more sessions.”

This means that for repetitive surgical procedures involving multiple sessions, the admission date and discharge date should not be the same. The system requires a confinement period that reflects more than one day of treatment.

May we kindly request your assistance in reviewing and correcting the admission and discharge dates so the transaction can proceed successfully.
