We are pleased to announce that we will proceed with the scheduled rollout of the upgraded Beacon environment — a major enhancement focused on improving system speed, stability, and overall performance. These upgrades aim to address common challenges such as slower processing during bulk or simultaneous submissions, ensuring smoother and more reliable transactions moving forward.
**Schedule**
*Downtime: October 24, 2025 (Friday) – 10:30 PM
*Activation Time: October 27, 2025 (Monday) – 4:00 AM
- Please note that the enhancement may be completed earlier than the scheduled activation date/time.
- Once the eClaims system is back online, clients may resume eClaims transactions immediately.
During this period, the Beacon System will be temporarily unavailable while we complete the migration and validation processes.
All environments are expected to be fully operational by the activation time.
Post-Activation Action
For Beacon Users
Each facility has received an email indicating the new Beacon portal URL that must be used for all eClaims submissions moving forward. Please refer only to the link provided in your email, as this will be unique to your specific facility. Your facility’s designated Beacon portal will be available after the activation schedule.
For HIS Users
You have also received an email detailing any necessary configuration updates related to API connections and global settings to ensure smooth integration with the enhanced eClaims environment. Please follow the configuration updates after the activation schedule
From activation time, please process your eClaims transactions exclusively through your assigned Beacon environment. Access to previous Beacon links will be disabled after the transition to ensure a smooth and unified experience for all facilities.
