We wish to inform our valued clients of the latest developments regarding the Validation Certificate for PhilHealth Circulars 2023-0004 (eSOA) and 2023-0014 (Shadow Billing for DRG or CF5 form).

We are currently in close coordination with PhilHealth Main and their IT department, awaiting the necessary technical documentation and the provision of web services from PhilHealth to proceed with the required integration. Our team is prepared to prioritize the development and enhancements required for the implementation of these Circulars as soon as the required resources are made available.

We understand that certain PROs are requesting the validation certificate; however, we kindly ask for your patience as we 

await further guidance and requirements from PhilHealth.
