As the Christmas season approaches, we would like to share our official holiday schedule and support availability to help your teams plan ahead and ensure smooth operations throughout this period.

BizBox Annual Christmas Party

December 16–17, 2025

BizBox will be holding its Annual Christmas Party on these dates. During this period:

  • Our consultants and internal teams will be attending company activities
  • We will not be available for regular support, deployment, or implementation services
  • No onsite visits or scheduled sessions will be accommodated during these two days

We kindly request your understanding, as this is a once-a-year event for our teams.
To help us support you better, we encourage all clients to plan ahead and submit any concerns, tickets, or assistance requests before December 16, so we can address them accordingly.

Thank you very much for your cooperation as we observe this annual company tradition.

BizBox Holiday Break

Starting mid-December 2025 until the end of the holiday season.

  • A skeletal Helpdesk (HD) team will be available starting December 18 to attend to urgent or critical tickets only.
  • Non-urgent issues, enhancements, implementations, onsite requests, and scheduled activities will temporarily be on hold during this period.
  • Full operations and complete manpower will resume on January 5, 2026.
