JULY 10, 2023 | Continuous Intermittent downtime of the eClaims web services
UPDATE as of JULY 10, 2023 - 1:00 PM
To our valued clients,
We would like to inform you that we have implemented stringent monitoring of the eClaims web services and are continuously conducting tests as we migrate to different servers in search of a stable connection. However, despite our efforts, we are still awaiting a stable connection from the eClaims servers. We have made multiple follow-ups with the PhilHealth IT team and have been advised to wait for the formal advisory.
We want you to know that we acknowledge your complaints, suggestions, and requests, and we are doing our best to escalate them to PhilHealth for their careful consideration. This includes our request to extend the filing deadline due to the recurring issues we have been facing over the past few weeks. Your concerns are important to us, and we are actively advocating for resolution and improvements.
Your patience and understanding during this time are greatly appreciated.

UPDATE as of JULY 10, 2023 - 10:00 AM
Greetings, eClaims users
After posting an update earlier today regarding the establishment of connections and receiving confirmation from some clients, we are currently experiencing a flatline state for the eClaims web services despite migrating to active servers. This means that we are currently unable to establish any connections to the servers. We apologize for the inconvenience as the web services are currently unstable and operating in an intermittent connection.
As previously advised, we are still awaiting the official advisory directly from Philhealth main regarding the ongoing downtime of the eClaims web services. However, it is important to note that certain Regional Offices (PROs) have already issued their preliminary advisories concerning the situation. We are actively staying updated and eagerly anticipating the release of the official advisory from Philhealth main and the full restoration of the webservices.
We kindly request your continued patience as we have escalated all the requests and challenges from our valued clients to PhilHealth. We are hopeful that they will give careful consideration, particularly regarding the delays in submissions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this time.
