Important Advisory on PhilHealth Circulars 2023-0021 and 2023-0027 Updates

Dear Valued Clients,

We would like to provide an update regarding the recently released PhilHealth Circulars 2023-0021 (Acute Stroke) and 2023-0027 (Pneumonia High-Risk). The development and testing phases for these circulars have been successfully completed as of last week.

We are pleased to announce that, starting this December, our valued clients can now request the latest Official Release exe version 8.26.14.38, which incorporates the essential changes outlined in the aforementioned PhilHealth Circulars.

We strongly advise your IT team to conduct thorough testing on the latest executable file to ensure that all features and functions are operating accurately and in compliance with the specified requirements.

Furthermore, Circular No. 2023-0026: eSOA (Revision 1) is currently in progress. We are awaiting further instructions for the scheduled orientation with the PhilHealth team, where we will acquire the necessary technical information. This information is crucial for seeking clarification and incorporating any required changes or updates to the XML file related to the implementation of the eSOA.

While our ongoing work with the eSOA implementation is in progress, we recommend referring to the Transitory Clause outlined in the aforementioned Circular. This clause allows Healthcare Facilities (HFs) to submit the PDF copy of the Statement of Account (SOA) following PhilHealth Circular No. 2017-0014 during the ongoing developments.
