eClaims System Maintenance Advisory
Dear Valued eClaims Clients,
Please be informed that the BizBox eClaims system will undergo system maintenance today:

β° Time: Starting at 8:00 PM onwards
During this period, access to the BizBox eClaims may be temporarily unavailable or limited, and users will be unable to process claims. We sincerely apologize for the short notice and any inconvenience this may cause. Rest assured that our technical team is exerting all efforts to complete the maintenance as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Important Reminders After Maintenance:
- For Beacon Users: Please clear your browser cache and set the time range to βALL TIMEβ.
- For PIS/HS8 Users: Please restart the PIS application, then retrieve the token by navigating to:
Global Settings > Beacon Settings, then click the button beside Access Key.
Once the cache has been cleared or the token has been successfully retrieved, you may resume processing your claims.
