We have an important advisory regarding the current status of PhilHealth webservices. At present, most of the webservices are experiencing temporary disruptions and are offline. As a result, we kindly request all users to temporarily pause any submissions through eClaims until further notice or until the webservices are stable and back online. We have already reported this issue to the PhilHealth IT team, and both teams are actively working together to address the situation and conduct a thorough review. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and want to assure you that we are dedicated to restoring our services as swiftly as possible.
