We would like to provide an
update regarding the reported RTH validation remark: “No Record Found”
Upon coordination and verification, we
confirmed that the affected claims were successfully submitted from the BizBox
system. However, during adjudication, some PROs encountered a “No Record Found”
message when retrieving or viewing the corresponding eSOA XML file.
This specific concern has already been
escalated to the appropriate PhilHealth main office for further evaluation and
necessary system adjustments.
Current Guidance from Some PROs
While the evaluation is ongoing,
several PROs have advised facilities to continue processing claims as usual. To
help minimize similar occurrences, they recommend observing the following:
- Always generate the eSOA
XML file prior to submission.
- Upload the PDF copy of
the eSOA under the document type “SOA.”
Proper tagging of the PDF
document as “SOA” allows the reviewing office to correctly identify and
reference the supporting document in case the XML encounters retrieval or
viewing issues.
Note: Guidance may vary per PRO. Kindly coordinate with your assigned PRO
for any additional recommendations they may require.

adjustments are released.
