Please be informed that emergency system maintenance has been scheduled as follows:
October 3 (Friday), 11:00 PM – October 4 (Saturday), 3:00 AM
October 4 (Saturday), 11:00 PM – October 5 (Sunday), 3:00 AM
During this period:
System access will be temporarily unavailable
eClaims submissions will be paused
Purpose of Maintenance:
This emergency activity is being carried out to address performance concerns and to stabilize system resources affected by recent bulk simultaneous submissions. The maintenance aims to have smoother transaction processing, improve unexpected slowdowns, and overall system reliability.
Recommended Actions:
Process your claims before the maintenance window
For bulk submissions, please consider staggering them once the system becomes available to ensure smoother processing.
For Beacon Users:
After maintenance, kindly clear your browser cache and set the time range to “ALL TIME” to ensure optimal system performance.
For PIS/HS8 Users:
Retrieve your token by navigating to:
Global Settings > Beacon Settings, then click the button beside “Access Key.”
Once you’ve cleared your cache or retrieved your token, you may resume submitting your claims as usual.
