We bring you an update on the customized report formats requested on December 28, 2023, and January 5, 2024. In response to the recent provision of Annexes reports on short notice and considering that these formats are not yet integrated into the existing standard reports, we have taken the initiative to temporarily create scripts. These scripts aim to facilitate extractions and align with the specific formats required by your respective PRO.

The provided Annexes are as follows:

We have already extended initial assistance to a number of clients and are awaiting feedback on the acceptability of the extracted reports. As these are specialized report formats, we kindly request our valued clients to submit a ticket with the Subject Title "Annexes PhilHealth Reports." This will allow us to assign our HD agents to assist with the extractions efficiently.

-For HIS users, we have already provided detailed guidelines on how to generate the RDL userlink on post dated January 6. 

-For Beacon users, clients are requested to submit a separate ticket with Subject "PhilHealth Advisory No. 2023-0045" for assitance
