Following the successful implementation of these enhancements, we are pleased to share with our clients that the initial deployment of this feature has been highly successful. Notably, it has resulted in updates, particularly triggering the review of old claims that had already been settled. The previous functions limited our billing team to providing status updates only for the claims processed in the current cycle, leaving some other claims delayed updates. This, in turn, impacted the submission of more up-to-date billing statements.

Since the deployment of these improvements, we anticipate that a substantial volume of updates has been processed and provided. In the coming months, you may observe an unusual increase or bulk in the number of billing statements produced. We kindly request your understanding regarding this temporary surge in activity. However, we want to assure you that these data are accurate and are based on the information received from PhilHealth servers. Clients are encouraged to review the list of these bulk records for confirmation and confidence in the accuracy of the provided information.
