We sincerely appreciate your active engagement with our COMMUNITY channels and the valuable insights you've shared regarding your Wishlist or requested features. While each feedback and Wishlist contribute to enhancing user experience and system functionalities, we currently find ourselves managing a substantial volume of enhancements and developments, primarily prioritizing those mandated by the Department of Health (DOH) and PhilHealth. These priorities align with Circular releases, and our focus is on ensuring seamless adoption of these updates, particularly in support of the Universal Health Care initiative.


The ongoing developments are extensive, with a continuous influx of requirements expected. Given this dynamic landscape, we must concentrate our efforts on accommodating critical updates mandated by governing health authorities. Regrettably, this prioritization may result in anticipated delays in assessing and incorporating certain Wishlist items. We assure you that we remain committed to addressing all valuable suggestions and enhancements in due course.

We are continuing to review all suggestions and encourage the support of our clients in voting for specific Wishlist items. Every input is crucial, especially with over 700 facilities in our user community. Features that receive significant feedback or show high demand may be considered as potential priorities in our future development roadmap.
