We would like to inform you about the recent PhilHealth Circular No. 2023-0045, which was posted on January 5, 2024. In response to a surge in ticket requests from our valued clients inquiring about the availability of a specific report format, we immediately escalated this matter for prompt assistance.

As this circular was released just yesterday, we are currently prioritizing and working diligently to provide the necessary support to our clientele. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.

As an update, a temporary RDL user link has been created for Bizbox HIS or V8 users to generate the necessary report. Please refer to the provided RDL and related instructions. Ensure that your IT team deploys it correctly to generate the required report format. HIS users are encouraged to utilize the RDL and manual directly without the need to submit a ticket for this specific report.

However, for Beacon Portal users, the generation of the report will need to be escalated to QA. This is due to Beacon clients not having direct access to the database, and the Bizbox team will generate the report temporarily until it becomes a part of the standard report. For Beacon users, we kindly request you to submit a ticket with the subject "PhilHealth Advisory No. 2023-0045". This will enable us to promptly filter and prioritize your requirements. Please note that the provision of the report will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Rest assured, we are committed to making our best efforts to deliver the report as quickly as possible.
