We are pleased to provide you with an update on our ongoing efforts related to various PhilHealth Circulars:

KONSULTA (Circular No. 2024-0002):

- BizBox has successfully completed the pilot testing phase for the Konsulta feature and obtained a validation certificate from PhilHealth.
- The pilot facility has confirmed successful sending of Konsulta-related transactions, and the system is now ready for use.
- We are awaiting formal confirmation for full implementation and reviewing additional requirements related to Revision #3 of the Circular.

eSOA (Circular No. 2023-0026)** and **Shadow Billing (Circular No. 2023-0014):

- The development phase for the eSOA and Shadow Billing features has been successfully completed.
- We will proceed with initial testing at selected pilot facilities in collaboration with PhilHealth.
- Upon successful submission and validation at the pilot facility, the validation certificate will be provided and shared with our valued clients.

Rest assured, once the validation certificates are received after successful testing, updates will be promptly shared via our social media platforms and helpdesk portal. Clients need not submit a ticket at this time, as we will provide regular updates on any new developments.
