We would like to inform you that we are currently experiencing an offline status of the PhilHealth webservices since early this morning. This situation may be attributed by the fact that it is our first regular working day of the week, which typically brings a higher volume of submissions and may contribute to peak hours and increased transaction volume.
We have also received reports from other clients, who have informed us that PhilHealth sent an email update on June 7, 2023 (Friday), stating that their database is experiencing high utilization, leading to intermittent connections for both their internal and external applications. However, we have not yet verified this information as we have not received any formal communication. Our team has diligently followed up with PhilHealth Central, but we have been informed that they are currently engaged in ongoing meetings. We will patiently wait for their formal advisory or any information that we can share with you, our valued clients.
