We would like to remind our valued clients to regularly back up their BizBox databases, report server and other critical data on a daily basis, and to ensure the availability of offsite backups. This reminder comes in light of increasing concerns over data breaches affecting private companies (such as Toyota and Robinsons) and government agencies (such as the PNP). These institutions have confirmed and reported these incidents to the NPC, validating the threats. It is increasingly important to remain vigilant as these breaches are becoming more frequent.
