We would like to inform you that earlier today, we encountered another intermittent connection issue with the eClaims web services. Despite urgently migrating to the online web service multiple times, we still experienced difficulties in establishing a stable connection.
To address this matter promptly, we have already escalated the issue to PhilHealth Central, seeking their immediate attention and resolution.
