In this regard, we want to give you a summary update on all recent enhancements we've completed and share details about new PhilHealth Circular requirements that are currently in progress.

1. (Circular No. 2024-0001) Rules Of Adjusting Case Rates

2. (Circular No. 2023-0021) Implementing Guidelines On The Case Rates For Acute Stroke

5. (Circular No. 2024-0002) Implementing Guideline For The PhilHealth Konsultasyong Sulit At Tama (Konsulta) Package (Revision 3)
-BizBox has successfully concluded the pilot testing phase of the Konsulta feature and has obtained a VALIDATION CERTIFICATE from our partner, PhilHealth. We are currently awaiting formal confirmation for the full implementation process and are also reviewing for any additional requirements related to Circulars Revision #3.
Ongoing Development and Testing: Subject for PhilHealth Validation Certificate Validation
1. (Circular No. 2023-0026) eSOA submission For All Case Rates Claims And Identified PhilHealth Benefits (Revision 1)
To provide a summary of progress and the guidelines outlined by PhilHealth for the ongoing preparations and implementation of eSOA:
- The initial development phase for PhilHealth Circular No. 2023-0026 concerning eSOA (Revision 1) has been successfully completed.
- We are currently awaiting further instructions and information from the PhilHealth team regarding the eSOA API/Webservices and the final orientation schedule or advisory.
- Upon receipt of the API/Webservices, we will proceed with integration, followed by the Software Validation phase.
- Deployment of system updates to clients will be carried out through EXE Update for HIS users, while Beacon Portal users will receive automatic updates without manual intervention.
- We recommend consulting the Transitory Clause in the Circular, which permits Healthcare Facilities to submit a PDF copy of the Statement of Account (SOA) as per PhilHealth Circular No. 2017-0014 during ongoing developments.
2. (Circular No. 2023-0014) Implementation Of Shadow Billing For The Transition To Diagnosis-Related Groups (DRG)
We have already received a copy of this Circular and an initial orientation was attended by our team last February 2, 2024. Initial guidelines were provided and our team hav proceeded with the review of the guidelines and requirements . However, at present, we are still awaiting other technical documentation and the next orientation schedule for the system validation. Additionally, we await the availability of web services necessary for integrating the requirements into this circular.
You can rest assured that, as your accredited service provider, we will deliver these circulars once all technical requirements from PhilHealth are provided. This will enable us to proceed with the development process and ensure compliance with all necessary standards. We'll keep you updated regularly through our social media and helpdesk portal.
