We are pleased to provide an update regarding PhilHealth Circulars 2023-0004 on eSOA and Circular 2023-0014 on Shadow Billing for DRG or CF5 form. Following our previous advisory shared on our FB and Helpdesk Portal, we want to inform you that our team has received these circulars, and initial developments have commenced. However, we are currently awaiting additional technical requirements to finalize the development and integrations with PhilHealth webservices.

This update is prompted by inquiries from various facilities, whose PROs are seeking confirmation of readiness from their service providers for implementation of these requirements. To address this, we recently reached out to our partners at PhilHealth Central for progress updates, with our formal follow-up sent on March 12, 2024. Their prompt response indicated that testing of eSOA, along with other enhancements, will be incorporated into eClaims 3.0. We anticipate receiving access to the eClaims 3.0 webservices test environment soon, enabling us to proceed with related development and testing.

We want to reassure our valued clients that we remain dedicated to fulfilling these requirements and providing necessary updates consistently. We are actively awaiting PhilHealth Central to furnish us with all remaining technical requirements or development kits. Upon completion of the testing phase with the PhilHealth team, we will promptly provide updates and share the VALIDATION CERTIFICATE with our clients. Rest assured, we will continue to keep you informed as progress continues to develop.
