Status Update on eSOA and CF5 Implementation | March 31, 2025

Dear Valued Clients,

We understand that many of you are seeking updates on the status of the eSOA and CF5 implementation starting April 1, 2025. We would like to assure everyone that all system developments and testing from BizBox’s side have been completed for both the Hospital Information System (HIS) and the Beacon System.

We have also completed our rounds of testing with PhilHealth Regional Offices (PRO) and PhilHealth Central.
As of the moment, we are awaiting the official validation certificate from PhilHealth. Once this is released, we will immediately inform all our clients and provide the necessary deployment updates and user guidelines.

We understand your concerns regarding how we will proceed with submissions and system updates starting April 1. Please bear with us as we await the release of PhilHealth’s validation certificate.

🔹 For HIS Clients:
We have started providing the download links for the latest official release supporting eSOA and CF5, including updates aligned with recent PhilHealth circulars and initiatives. If you haven’t received it yet, please expect it to be shared with you soon. To help you begin your internal IT testing, kindly refer to your Helpdesk portal, where we are continuously responding to tickets and uploading the necessary files for updating your training databases.

We strictly encourage everyone to have their IT teams update the training database as soon as possible to prepare for implementation. They may refer to the KBA link for step-by-step guidance:

🔹 For Beacon Users:
No manual update is required. As a web-based system, all changes will be deployed automatically through scheduled maintenance. Once deployment is confirmed, we will provide detailed instructions and documentation outlining the new features and how to properly use them.
