To all eClaims users,

We would like to inform you that we have been receiving reports regarding errors encountered and difficulties in submitting claims, as well as experiencing slow response times while using the eClaims services. We understand the frustration this may cause and want to assure you that we have escalated this concern. An investigation is currently underway to identify the root cause of these issues.

In an effort to address and rectify the situation, we will be initiating a restart of the Beacon App during the lunchtime period. This action aims to refresh the application and, hopefully, contribute to the restoration and resolution of the issues. Please note that we have been diligently reporting these recurring problems to PhilHealth. We are actively working with them to determine if these issues are related to the intermittent connectivity problems that we have been experiencing with the eClaims webservices over the past few weeks.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and assure you that we are committed to resolving these issues promptly. We will provide updates on the progress of the investigation and take appropriate measures to ensure a smoother experience with the eClaims services.
