Dear Valued eClaims Clients,

Please be advised that there will be a scheduled system maintenance for eClaims today, May 18, 2026, from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

During this time, access to the BizBox eClaims Beacon Portal may be temporarily unavailable or limited, and users may not be able to process claims.

This scheduled maintenance is for updates in the Beacon Portal related to the addition of claims forms in compliance with PhilHealth Circular No. 2026-0005, Annex B: Additional Diagnostic Services for Antenatal Care Form.

We sincerely apologize for the short notice and any inconvenience this may cause. Rest assured that our technical team is working to complete the maintenance as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Reminders After Maintenance
For Beacon Users:
  • Please clear your browser cache and ensure the time range is set to “ALL TIME” to avoid access issues or errors.
For PIS/HS8 Users:
  • Please retrieve your token by navigating to: Global Settings > Beacon Settings, then click the button beside "Access Key".
Once you have cleared your cache or retrieved your token, you may resume processing your claims.
