We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the issues with submitting eClaims. As we have communicated previously, we have been actively switching to alternative webservices to ensure uninterrupted claim submissions for our clients. If you are still encountering occasional connectivity issues and errors, we recommend trying again after a few hours or during off-peak periods. However, before proceeding with your submission, we encourage you to check the connection status through the provided link.
We want to emphasize that we take immediate action by reporting all such cases to both Philhealth and our DEV team. This allows them to thoroughly analyze and review their webservices, as well as our own system, with the aim of identifying areas for potential improvement.
