Update as of 10:45 AM
Based on our team's recent checking and monitoring, we are pleased to inform you that the PhilHealth webservices are now back online and fully operational. You can proceed with the submission of your claims without any interruptions.
We would like to gently remind you to submit your claims in advance to mitigate any potential issues or inconveniences that may arise during unexpected connection disruptions. Additionally, we highly recommend considering the submission of claims during off-peak hours, when user volume is relatively lower, to ensure smoother processing.

Attention all eClaims users,
We would like to inform you that we have attempted to switch to different PhilHealth webservices earlier today due to reports of slow and intermittent connections, in an effort to restore normal operations. Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that all PhilHealth webservices are currently offline and not operational, as confirmed through our testing.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, especially at the beginning of the week on Monday. Rest assured, we have promptly reported this issue to the PhilHealth Main IT Team and are awaiting their advice on the next steps to take.
We kindly request the patience and understanding of our clients as we coordinate with the PhilHealth team. We will closely monitor the situation and hope for a swift restoration of the webservices.
We deeply appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this time.
