My problem was I cannot validate my claim for the reason that eclaims URL or PHIC web service not available as of this moment. for one week this is always the reason until now. I already reported this to Philhealth Region Butuan City but they said that the problem was not in them because other facilities  can submit their claims even other bizbox using version 3 or s3 can submit their claims without any hindrances. why only this version S2 can't submit. I asked the other facilities  who were assigned to s2 we have the same problem. They cant report because they dont know how to handle this matter. Please help us about this problem, in fact we ask assistance from NIMFA  OF PHILHEALTH. please address this matter ASAP .
