In our ongoing effort to enhance data integrity within our BizBox HIS system, we would like to share some key best practices aimed at minimizing or altogether avoiding the occurrence of duplicate records.

Duplicate records have been identified as a recurring challenge during the registration process, posing risks such as data inaccuracies, patient safety concerns, and potential financial implications. To effectively mitigate these challenges, we have summarized our recommendations in this documentation and propose the implementation of the following key practices.
