November 19, 2025 | Scheduled eClaims System Maintenance
Dear Valued Clients,
Please be advised that there will be a scheduled
system maintenance for eClaims today, November
19, 2025, from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
During this time, access to the BizBox eClaims
Beacon Portal may be temporarily unavailable or limited, and users
will not be able to process claims.
We sincerely apologize for the short notice and any
inconvenience this may cause. Rest assured, our technical team is working to
complete the maintenance as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Reminders after maintenance:
- For
Beacon Users: Please clear your browser cache and
set the time range to “ALL TIME”.
- For PIS/HS8 Users: Restart your PIS first, then retrieve your
token via Global Settings.
Once your cache is cleared or your token retrieved, you may
continue processing your claims.
