We would like to inform you of the latest updates regarding PhilHealth Circular 2023-0021, which was issued on November 9, 2023, outlining the policies and procedures for the implementation of case rates for Acute Stroke. Upon receiving notification of this Circular, we promptly escalated the matter to our Quality Assurance (QA) and Development Teams for a thorough review of any necessary technical enhancements.

In accordance with the Circular, a new case rate for the ICD Code related to stroke will be introduced, coexisting with the old case rate on a patient case-to-case basis. Our teams have diligently worked on an enhancement to address this requirement, and subsequent development and testing phases are set to proceed accordingly. While the Circular was recently released, BizBox remains committed to delivering and prioritizing the necessary enhancements to ensure these changes are made available to our valued clients.

Given the nature of the required developments, adequate time is essential for proper planning, development, and testing to guarantee the accurate implementation of these changes. We intend to provide further updates in the near future, and we assure you that this is among our top priority deliverables. Progress and updates will be communicated regularly through announcements on our Facebook page and Helpdesk portal, eliminating the need for ticket creation.
