Dear Valued eClaims Clients,

Please be advised that there will be scheduled system maintenance for BizBox eClaims tomorrow, November 28, 2025, from 12:00 NN to 01:00 PM.

During this time:
⚠️Access to the BizBox eClaims Beacon Portal may be temporarily unavailable
⚠️Users will not be able to process claims

We apologize for the short notice and any inconvenience this may cause. Our technical team will work to complete the maintenance as quickly and efficiently as possible.

After Maintenance Reminder:

  • For Beacon Users: Please clear your browser cache and set the time range to “ALL TIME”.
  • For PIS/HS8 Users: Restart your PIS first, then retrieve your token via Global Settings.

Once your cache is cleared or your token retrieved, you may continue processing your claims.
