Our team has independently verified this information. We would like to reassure our valued clients that they can now proceed with eClaims transactions and submissions through Bizbox.

We strongly advise our clients to make it a regular practice to check the ECWS link for the status of the eClaims web services before making submissions. Additionally, we recommend considering off-peak hours to ensure a smooth submission process. It's essential to keep in mind other best practices and recommendations whenever we encounter issues with submissions.

Furthermore, we want to keep our valued clients updated on our continuous monitoring of the eClaims webservices' performance. We have noticed some fluctuations and intermittent connections in the system, which were observed yesterday and earlier today, as reflected on the ECWS link.
