At the time of this notification, we are currently experiencing a complete downtime or offline status of the eClaims web services. Rest assured, we have promptly escalated this matter to PhilHealth Main for their thorough evaluation and resolution.
In the meantime, we strongly encourage our valued clients to monitor the situation using the ECWS link provided. We are actively working on identifying an available online server, and we will make the transition once an active server has been identified.
