Dear Valued eClaims Clients,

We are pleased to announce that major enhancements will be implemented in the Beacon platform to further improve speed, stability, and overall performance. These upgrades are designed to address common challenges such as slower processing during bulk or simultaneous submissions, ensuring smoother and more reliable transactions moving forward.

Scheduled Downtime
To complete this upgrade, the Beacon system will be temporarily unavailable during the following schedule:

Downtime Schedule:

·        Starts: October 10, 2025 (Friday) – 10:30 PM

·        Ends: October 13, 2025 (Monday) – 3:00 AM

During this period, Beacon will be unavailable. We kindly ask you to prioritize completing eClaims submissions that are nearly lapsing or set to lapse within the 2nd and 3rd week of October before the downtime, to help avoid any inconvenience.

This announcement serves as an initial heads-up so you can prepare early. By next week, we will provide a follow-up announcement indicating which specific Beacon portal each client will use after October 13, 2025. This will ensure you are fully guided before the migration is completed.

Important note: These enhancements are part of our ongoing initiatives to strengthen Beacon’s performance on the BizBox side. While there may still be external factors that can affect eClaims processing, this upgrade focuses on delivering the best improvements within our scope of control.
