Purpose of the Enhancement:

We aim to provide you with quicker responses, improved accessibility, and enhanced accessibility through these digital channels.

Testing Phase:
During the testing phase, we will ensure that the chatbot and WhatsApp channels are fully operational, well-integrated into our support framework, the helpdesk portal, and capable of efficiently addressing your queries and concerns. This phase is essential to fine-tune the systems and ensure a seamless transition.

Your Participation:
We value your feedback throughout this process. Your input and suggestions are highly valuable as they will help us refine and optimize the new support system to best meet your needs. We encourage you to share your experiences and any areas where you believe improvements can be made.

Timeline and Transition:
The testing phase is expected to begin on November 6 and continue on November 17. During this period, our existing hotline numbers will still be available for your use. We will keep you informed of the exact date when the new support system will fully replace the hotline numbers.
