Please be advised that BizBox eClaims will undergo scheduled
maintenance on:

11:00 PM
During this period, Beacon will be unavailable. We encourage all users
to prioritize and complete any eClaims submissions that are nearly lapsing or
due to lapse within the week before the scheduled downtime to avoid
delays or inconvenience.
Reminders After Maintenance
For Beacon Users:
Please clear your browser cache and ensure the
time range is set to βALL TIMEβ to avoid access issues or errors.
For
PIS/HS8 Users:
Please retrieve your token by navigating to: Global
Settings > Beacon Settings, then click the button beside "Access
Key".
Once you
have cleared your cache or retrieved your token, you may resume processing your
claims.
