We would like to inform you that some PLDT users have reported difficulties accessing the Beacon portal. We understand the inconvenience this may cause, and we are actively working to further investigate the issue.

Our technical team has conducted extensive testing, including checks with other ISP providers, and the results indicate that the issues are primarily affecting PLDT users. We will continue to conduct further testing to pinpoint the exact cause and resolution.

In the meantime, if you are experiencing these access issues, we recommend the following steps:

1. **Refresh Your Browser:** Sometimes, a simple browser refresh can resolve access problems.

2. **Clear Browser Cache:** Clearing your browser's cache and cookies may help in some cases.

3. **Try Different Browsers:** Attempt to access the portal using an alternate web browser to see if the issue persists.

4. **Contact Support:** If the issue continues, please don't hesitate to reach out to your ISP/PLDT support team to verify any ongoing network or maintenance activities and/or for further assistance.

5. **Try Another ISP (If Possible/Available):** If you have access to an alternative internet service provider (ISP), consider using it temporarily to access the Beacon portal. Sometimes, this issue may be specific to your current ISP, and switching to another provider can provide a temporary solution while the problem is being addressed.

To all our HIS eClaims users, we are also conducting additional tests to determine if HIS users using PLDT as ISP are affected by this isolated case. Please do not hesitate to report any related difficulties.
