Good day!

We have a lot of DENIED claims due to DOUBLE FILING / SAME DAY CONFINEMENT. NOTE: SERIES FOR DELETION.

We already raised this issue at the Philhealth Regional Office 2 - BAS department and they suggested us to DELETE the DOUBLE ENTRY SERIES NUMBER. 

SERIES NUMBER - 25100506000061 in our transmittal. 

SERIES NUMBER - 25100506000061 AND 25100506000060 on their database.

In this concern, how can we delete the double entry in our transmittal?
