I would like to formally raise a concern regarding the staff assigned to assist us during our session earlier. Unfortunately, I was unable to get the staff member's name.
During the session, the staff stopped responding, and the session eventually expired. Until now, we have not received any follow-up message or a new link to continue the session. This has caused significant inconvenience on our end, especially since we were seeking assistance to resolve an issue that we could not solve ourselves.
We are also concerned because the staff mentioned that they would only provide us with a manual instead of properly guiding or assisting us through the process. We expected adequate support and assistance, as helping customers with their concerns is part of the service being provided.
We respectfully request that a new session link be sent to us as soon as possible so we can continue addressing our concern. We also hope that your staff will fulfill their responsibilities professionally and provide the necessary assistance expected from their role.
