JUNE 08, 2023 | Notification of eClaims Downtime Issue
Dear Valued Clients,
We would like to inform you that we have recently received reports regarding downtime issues with our eClaims system. Upon investigation, we have identified that certain Philhealth eClaims servers were OFFLINE. As a proactive measure, we swiftly transferred operations to active servers to ensure uninterrupted submission and operations. However, despite multiple testing and migration to active servers, we are currently experiencing a lack of response or connection to the Philhealth webservices.
In response to this issue, we have promptly raised a new OS ticket with Philhealth Main and Central for further investigation and resolution. Our technical team is closely monitoring the situation and working diligently with Philhealth team to restore services as quickly as possible.
During this temporary downtime, we kindly request your patience and understanding. We assure you that our team is fully committed to resolving this issue and restoring normal functionality to the eClaims system. We will keep you informed of any progress made and provide updates regarding the estimated time for service restoration.
