The current working in HIS and FMS, only one requested/post-charge examination will be recognized in exam upshot and FMS -> Post Reader’s Fee Payables.

But not all examinations/procedures can be charge or done to the patient at once especially if the patient undergone major operation, doctor needs to check the historical results (Pre-OP, Intra-OP, Post-OP) upon admission and/or before discharge. That is why there are post-charge of exams/procedures with 2 or more QTY. Same problem occurs when creation of Dx Medical Package.

But in examination upshot, only one upshot reflected even if the QTY was two (2).

In FMS -> Post Reader’s Fee Payables, the exam price multiply but the reader’s fee did not multiply.
