I am unable to access our facility account in Bizbox. After logging in successfully, I receive the following message:
"This User Does Not Have Any Facilities. Your access to this facility has been revoked by Bizbox Admin."
Because of this error, I cannot open or access the facility account.
I have attached a screenshot of the error for reference. Please assist in restoring facility access. Thank you.
