UNABLE TO ACCESS BIZBOX SYSTEM

Good day,

We're unable to access the Bizbox system for 2 weeks now. The screen shows an "Error 403 - This web app is stopped" message. It seems the Bizbox web application might be stopped or under maintenance.

Please note that our payment for the subscription has already been made and covered from September to November 3, 2025. Kindly check if the web app service needs to be restarted or if the web app service needs to be restarted or if there is any technical issue on the server side.

We would appreciate your immediate assistance.
