December 28, 2023 | Update on PhilHealth Customized Reports Requests: Annex A, B, C, and D

We'd like to provide a brief update regarding recent report requests from various regions, specifically for customized formats requested by their PROs. These ticket requests have been consistently coming in since December 27. Presently, the requested reports includes Annexes A, B, C, and D, each outlined below:


Annex A: PhilHealth Claims Reconciliation Report
Annex B: Summary of Account Receivable per Calendar Year
Annex C: Report of Unpaid Account Receivable
Annex D: Report of Unsubmitted Claims - (IBNR) Incurred But Not Yet Received


Currently, the specific report formats you have requested are not included in our standard set of reports. In response to this, we have escalated these requests to our Quality Assurance and Development teams for an in-depth review of their feasibility.


We sincerely ask for your patience as we work towards addressing these unique reporting needs. Given that these reports have been recently requested and are not readily available, it is imperative for our teams to conduct thorough reviews and assessments. Please be assured that generating these reports is of utmost priority, and we are fully committed to delivering them to meet your specific reporting requirements.


However, please note that these reports may not be immediately available within the current year but are targeted for completion in early January 2024. We want to ensure that the data generated is not only comprehensive but also accurate. Our team will be dedicating time to refresh and manually verify eClaims to obtain the latest updates and status through PhilHealth web services.
