Dear Valued Clients,

We wish to provide you with an important update regarding an ongoing issue. It has come to our attention that this concern has escalated, affecting both Beacon and HIS users, as confirmed by our extensive testing and the number of support tickets received. 

We want to emphasize that this issue is currently unique to PLDT users.

We urge all our valued clients who are experiencing this matter to take a proactive step by reaching out directly to PLDT to raise their concerns about the restricted access to Beacon websites. By collectively raising awareness of this issue with PLDT, we hope to expedite its resolution.

Please rest assured that we are diligently following up with the PLDT support team and are awaiting their response regarding this isolated case. Meanwhile, our Development (DEV) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams remain on standby, continuously conducting further testing and assessment.

For the time being, we recommend considering an alternative Internet Service Provider (ISP) to facilitate your eClaims transactions temporarily.
