On the leftmost part of HR
Payroll module, select Timekeeping, Schedules
& DTR, Schedules and click Plot/Assign.

First, we must choose the
employee/s we wish to assign schedule to by clicking the Employee
button. Upon clicking this button, a list of
employees will be displayed. Simply click the + or
Add button to select the
desired employee/s for schedule assignment. The selected employee/s will appear
on the right side. Once finished, click the X icon

Select an applicable Schedule
Setup and select the specific Cutoff
that you want add schedule with. Take note that 1MS indicates first cutoff and 2MS indicates
second cutoff.

There are two ways on how you
can plot schedules - Single selection and
Multiple selection. In single
selection, just click the specific date and set what will be the employee’s
shift and click the Apply button.

On the other hand, if the
employees have same schedules within that cutoff, you can use multiple days
button to fasten the plotting of schedules. Click on the Multiple
Days button below, select the relevant
dates, then click the Schedule button below to set the shift and click Apply.
For example, if the rest
day of the employee is scheduled on Nov13–16, just click the Multiple Days button below, select the relevant
dates, click the Schedule button below and put check mark on Rest Day and click
Apply.

6. Lastly,
once you’re done plotting schedules to employee/s for that cutoff, you can just
simply click the Assign button below
to finish.
