We are delighted to share with you the list of features and fixes we have in store for our clients for the May 2024 Official Release. With the improved quality and enhanced options, you will now have a better QMEUP experience. 

The list identifies significant features and fixes we have worked on for the past few months. We have made improvements in the features of our QMEUP.

Before deploying the new update (1.76*), it is recommended that you perform the following steps for best results:

1. Secure and create your latest backup before you start any deployment for the new update. Just in case, you will be faced with errors, at least you have backup to restore your database back from where you stopped. 
2. It is very important that you must disconnect all workstations from the main server while the deployment of the new updates is on-going. 
3. Put into practice before you deploy any new update into production, make sure that you have conducted your testing of the new package into your training database.

QMU Facility - Update Email for Doctor/Staff


This feature Allows the User to Change Email Address Using Admin Account







QMU Facility - Enhancement of Administrator Access


This feature Allows the Admin to Have Ellipsis Button in Public View and Registration URL








QMU Facility - Department Should Not Be Deleted If Mapped To HIS


This feature prevent from deleting departments that already mapped in HIS.

QMU Facility - Add Filtering for Public View for Multi-Department and OR


This feature allows user to search department and room in public views for adding and updating multi-department and Operating Room





QMU Facility - Adjust Rescheduled Time in Appointment


This enhancement allows the time in appointments sync upon Adjust or rescheduled







QMU Facility - Kiosk - Responsive of Department/Doctor Column

This enhancement if for kiosk responsive in using public views using 1080 x 1920 resolution



QMU Facility - TDHI - Add QMU ID Expiration


This enhancement is to add expiration date of custom template ID for client request.

Min Validity date: 1 week

Max Validity date: 5 years



QMU Facility - Mount Grace - Customization of Template ID

This enhancement is to add custom template ID for client request


QMU Facility - Appointment Confirm Button Should Appear in Exact Date 

This feature allows queue confirmation for appointment department.


QMU Facility - Public View - Patient View Limit and Patient View

This feature is for limiting the display for public views now serving patients.




QMU Facility – SIMC - Add Remove Photo on Patient Management

This feature is for enhancement of QMU patient profile picture removal option


QMU Facility - American Eye - People - Add Default Time Duration for the Doctor's Appointment

This feature is for adding default time duration for doctor’s appointment


QMU Facility – MCMC - Display of Street Address on QMUID and Printing

This feature is for enhancement of displaying the full address of the patient upon viewing or printing


QMU Facility – MCMC - Patient Management - Build-up Address Contact Person for Incase of Emergency

This feature is for adding the contact person address in the patient’s profile.


QMU Facility - Auto Print of QR-Code for Android Kiosk 

This enhancement is to create/build APK and package that can handle the printing of QR code using kiosk with android OS.

QMU Mobile - Patient Management - Build-up Address Contact Person for Incase of Emergency

This feature is for adding the contact person address in the QMU Mobile patient’s profile.


QMU Mobile - People I Care Of Address for Other Info

This feature is for adding the contact person address in the QMU Mobile people I care for profile.


QMU Mobile - Add Button for Deleting Photo

This feature is for enhancement of QMU mobile profile picture removal option.


QMU Mobile - Indicator of Patient for Approved Doctor/Staff

This enhancement is to add indicator of patient to identify if the patient from portal is approved as doctor or staff.
