EP-063 Upload E-claims Error - ‘CF2 pPatientReferred =’N’ pReferre
These guidelines
are here to help you navigate the process of resolving errors that may occur
during the eClaims upload. The particular issue we're addressing arises when
the disposition code assigned is marked as "Not Applicable." Below
is the sample system alert:
Below are steps
on how to fix the error:
1. Begin by carefully reviewing the dispositions of
the patient.
2. Navigate to the Hospital Information System
(HIS), then access the 'Inpatient Module' and proceed to 'Disposition Types.'
3. Locate the disposition labeled with the code
'Not Applicable' and select 'Edit.'
4. Assign the appropriate Disposition Code.
5. Save your changes and then close the editing
window.
6. Now, attempt to re-upload the claim to complete
the process."
