We are delighted to share with you the list of features and fixes we have in store for our clients for the January Official Release. With the improved quality and enhanced options, you will now have a better Electronic Health Records experience.

The list identifies significant features and fixes we have worked on for the past few months. We have made improvements in the features of our Electronic Health Records.

Before deploying the new update (9.0.105.24), it is recommended that you perform the following steps for best results:

1. Secure and create your latest backup before you start any deployment for the new update. Just in case you will be faced with errors, at least you have backup to restore your database back from where you stopped.

2. It is very important that you disconnect all workstations from the main server while the deployment of the new updates is ongoing.

3. It is also advisable to run the shrinking of log files script for those who have large database size.

4. Put it into practice before you deploy any new update into production, make sure that you have conducted your testing of the new package into your training database.

EHR - Default Note -Enhancement of Operation sheet 1 

This feature allows you to get a list of all medications.

1. Login using Doctor.

2. Assume that the patient has multiple medication.

3. Add the notes then check the medications panel.

4. List of all medications will display.

EHR - Default Note -Enhancement Admitting History 

This feature allows you to get a list of all medications.

1. Login using Doctor.

2. Assume that the patient has multiple medication.

3. Add the notes then check the medications panel.

4. List of all medications will display.

EHR  - Default Note -Enhancement - Physiotherapy Initial Evaluation Notes Musculoskeletal

This feature allows you to provide an image on physical examination and get chief complaints from HIS.

1. On HIS, register patient with assign doctor.

2. Add chief complaint then save.

3. On EHR, add notes then under chief complaint panel.

4. Check the chief complaint if will sync.

5. Physical examination must have image.

EHR  - Default Note -Enhancement - Physiotherapy Initial Evaluation Notes Neurological

This feature allows you to provide an image on physical examination and get chief complaints from HIS.

1. On HIS, register patient with assign doctor.

2. Add chief complaint then save.

3. On EHR, add notes then under chief complaint panel.

4. Check the chief complaint if will sync.

5. Physical examination must have image.

EHR  - Default Note - Enhancement Nursing Process endorsement form 

This feature allows multiple enhancements to the notes.

1. Allows to get a list of medication and lab work.

2. Get diet from HIS.

3. Free typing fields on contraption, intake and output and level of consciousness

4. Locking after 24 hrs. with 3 shifts.

1. Login in EHR

2. Go to Patient Chart

3. Click Add Notes

4. Search and select Emergency Nurses record

EHR - Default Note -Enhancement - Take home medicine note

This feature is a enhancement to notes of EHR Application

1. Login in EHR

2. Go to Patient Chart

3. Click Add Notes

4. Search and select Take home medicine note

EHR - Default Note -Enhancement - Medical Abstract/Discharge Summary

This feature is a enhancement to notes of EHR Application

1. Login in EHR

2. Go to Patient Chart

3. Click Add Notes

4. Search and select Medical Abstract or Discharge Summary

EHR - Default Note -Enhancement - Patient Executive 

This feature allows you to filter by date all of items and services in patient chart.

1. Login using Doctor.

2. Access patients with multiple charge.

3. View patient chart and proceed to items and services part.

4. Filter items by date

EHR - Default Note - Enhancement - CVRR Post Operative Order

This feature is additional validation in assigning of doctor in notes based on assigned doctor in HIS.

1. Login using Doctor.

2. Select integrated patient.

3. Add the notes then check user selection fields.

EHR - Default Note - Enhancement - Blood bank request Form 

This feature is enhancement in notes remove editing in diagnosis panel.

1. Login using Doctor.

2. Select integrated patient.

3. Add the notes then check diagnosis panel.
