002 - How to View, Add adhoc shift, and Update Employees Schedule

On the leftmost part of HR
Payroll module, select Timekeeping, Schedules
& DTR and go to Schedules.

You can filter
the date from start to end to specify what cutoff.
Once done, click the search button to
view the list of employees who had schedules for that cutoff. To edit, go to
the right-side part and click the edit button.

Once you click the edit button,
the employee schedules for that
cutoff will appear.

To add adhoc shift, click the green
button and select what type of adhoc regular
shift or overtime. Once done, click the Save button.

In overtime adhoc shift, we can set what will be the considered
Overtime to the employee’s working hours. For
example, on May 29, 2023, we intend to include overtime hours to the employee's
schedule starting from 5:00 pm and ending at 7:00 pm.

In Regular shift adhoc, we have the option to assign extra working
hours to the employee's original schedule. For instance, on May 27, 2023, which
is the employee's designated day off, we plan to include a regular shift from
8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

5. On the other hand, if
you need to update or change
the employee’s original schedule, click the current
or plotted schedule and select what will be the employee’s new shift.
Afterward, simply click the Update button to
save.

For example, we aim to update the employee's existing schedule on May
30, 2023 which is from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and change it to a night shift
schedule from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
