006 - Approval of Leave Request

1.      On the leftmost part of HR Payroll module, select Timekeeping, Notices and go to Leave Request. Here, you can see the list of employees who filed leave requests
2.      To approve their leave requests, you need to click on the edit button, set the request status as "Approved" and save the changes by clicking the save button. Conversely, if you want to decline the leave request, set the status as “Rejected”.

Note: The request status of the filed leave request must be “Submitted” in order to Approve or Reject the request leave. Additionally, you can also approve the leave request of employee in their Employee Profile.
